With only five students in our reformer classes, our instructors have the time to help you correct and refine your Pilates practice. Our fun and fast moving classes are designed to strengthen your Pilates foundation and challenge you to advance your skills. We'll help you strengthen and tone using the reformer, props, and mat.
Want to really work up a sweat? Jump board classes are a perfect blend of a classic Pilates reformer exercises with periods of spring board conditioning. These classes add an extra element of cardio exercise to your Pilates routine. Our jump classes are high energy and a lot of fun!
